At the entrance to Beryslav, Russian forces fired on a vehicle with humanitarian aid that was provided by Swedish partners Svenskbyborna.
This was reported by the head of the Beryslav MVA, Oleksandr Alchiiev, on Facebook.
As a result of the attack, the vehicle and its cargo were completely destroyed, but all staff survived.
“I no longer know how to bring humanitarian aid into the city,” Alchiiev wrote.
It is reported that employees of the Beryslav MVA tried to enter the city with humanitarian aid: food packages and diesel fuel for the operation of the well.
Note that on the morning of October 14, Russian forces attacked UN humanitarian trucks in the Kherson region with drones and artillery attacked UN humanitarian trucks in the Kherson region, as a result of which an Italian official was injured.
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha called the attack of a Russian drone on the UN humanitarian convoy a gross violation of international law.
Earlier Alchiiev reported that the Russian army remotely mined all exits from the city of Beryslav in the Kherson region.
