This morning the Russians carried out a massive strike on Kherson with MLRS.

Residential neighborhoods and critical infrastructure were hit, the post says.
“As a result of the enemy attack, part of the city is without power. Specialists are assessing the extent of damage to the energy infrastructure and will begin emergency restoration work taking into account the security situation”, – wrote the Military Administration.
The Kherson Regional Military Administration added that a 75-year-old woman was injured in the shelling.
