During the occupation of the Kherson region, Russian military illegally detained and held civilians in the premises of the House of Culture in the village of Odradivka in Henichesk district.
This was reported by the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson Oblast.
According to the police, people were held in the building of the Odradivka House of Culture at 50 Haharina Street. Law enforcement officers are gathering evidence of the war crime and identifying victims, as well as witnesses and eyewitnesses of the events.
The investigation is ongoing.
