Around 10:40 Russian forces dropped explosives from a drone on a 68-year-old man in Novoraisk.

The local resident suffered a concussion, shrapnel wounds to the legs, and both blast and closed traumatic brain injuries.
The injured person was taken to the hospital to receive medical care.
