The new occupation-appointed head of the Zelenopid rural community in Kakhovka district of Kherson region is Serhiy Hrynko.
The Center for Journalistic Investigations reports this, citing its own sources.
Before this, Hrynko worked in this occupation administration as a passport officer. The previous “head” of the community, Olha Byhar, was removed by the Russians — apparently due to her pregnancy.
Serhiy Hrynko — a native and resident of the settlement of Liubymivka of the eponymous community in Kakhovka district. Before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Hrynko worked as a long-haul truck driver in EU countries. After the occupation of Kherson region, he almost immediately sided with the Russians.
