A Muscovite, Daniil Davidov, will help Kherson collaborators govern the occupied Holopristan community. He will be responsible for the development of culture and sports. Davidov arrived in the Kherson region last year and established himself as a «responsible activist». The man is already a former deputy of the local council of one of Moscow’s districts, heads a children’s basketball club and actively plays basketball himself.

Davidov Daniil Zhanovich was born on June 11, 1986. He is a graduate of the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering named after Emperor Nicholas II. In 2020 Davidov founded the children’s basketball sports club «Vostok» and became its coach. Later an adult team with the same name appeared, in which the club director plays.
Davidov appeared on the left bank of the Kherson region at the beginning of last year. At first as a volunteer, later – as an employee of the illegal «administrations».
According to Russian media, in 2025 the “activist” organized the first meeting of the “youth parliament” of the Holopristan district, took part in congratulating veterans on the “80th anniversary of victory”, provided support to educational institutions and helped animal shelters. In addition, he implemented the project “Physcult-hello, Kherson!”: he donated sports equipment and held masterclasses for local children.
