On the Dnipro direction, Russian forces in recent weeks have hardly conducted assault operations and do not have the capability to force a crossing of the Dnipro.
This was reported on Espresso and Slawa.TV by the spokesperson of the 30th Marine Corps, Pavlo Drohal.
According to him, due to logistical problems, a shortage of forces and difficult terrain conditions, the Russian army is currently unable to conduct large-scale offensive operations on the left bank and in the island part of the Dnipro delta.
“Currently enemy logistics on the left bank of the Dnipro River are being actively burned out. In June our units destroyed over 500 vehicles and motorized equipment of the enemy. The occupiers are forced to use a larger number of mobile fire groups to protect their transport, cargoes and personnel. They are also looking for bypass routes because they cannot use the routes familiar to them. And all this forces them to lose time and resources, which reduces the effectiveness of the enemy units”, – he said.
At the same time, the enemy is actively using strike drones, hitting residential buildings, critical infrastructure facilities and public transport.
Earlier marines showed the expansion of the “kill zone” for the occupiers near the Tendrivska Spit.
