The Russian “Unified Institute of Spatial Planning” has developed a planning project for the southern part of the city of Skadovsk. On an area of 46.6 hectares along Popovych Street in the occupied city they propose to create three new residential neighborhoods.
This was reported by the occupation administration of Kherson Oblast.
Multi-storey buildings 5–10 storeys high are planned to be placed in the center of the site, mid-rise development at the intersection of Gorky and Nezalezhnosti streets, as well as near Nychyka Lane.
This concerns a vacant lot at the exit from the city.

A year ago the Russians already reported that in the temporarily occupied city of Skadovsk on the left bank of Kherson Oblast they plan to build 12 multi-storey buildings with 6,500 apartments.
