Around 13:15, Russians attacked a cyclist from a drone in the village of Stepne in the Novorayska community.
The press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration reports this.
As a result of explosives being dropped from the UAV, a 64-year-old local resident sustained shrapnel wounds to the legs, a concussion, blast and closed traumatic brain injuries.
The injured person is receiving the necessary medical care. His condition is assessed as moderate severity.
Earlier it was reported that the Russians dropped explosives on a female cyclist in Novodmytrivka – the woman was killed.
