Russians plan to build a residential complex in temporarily occupied Henichesk.
This is stated in the order of the occupational governor of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo.
Thus, the occupation Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Kherson region was instructed to lease to the company “РСК-Херсонстрой” a land plot of 14,914 sq. m for 5 years and 3 months.
The plot is located at: Henichesk, 40 Years of Victory Street, and is state property of the Kherson region.
The company that will build the residential complex was registered in May 2025 in Kherson at: Ilyusha Kulyk Street, 143A. Its main activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
The company has two co-owners, and the general director is Denys Smirnov.
According to the Russian register, the company “РСК-Херсонстрой” previously did not participate in tenders.
