On the night of June 16, Russian forces attacked an ambulance with a drone in the Korabelnyi district of Kherson.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
The strike occurred at about 01:35. As a result of the drone hit, two ambulance workers aged 51 and 62 were injured. They were diagnosed with blast and closed traumatic brain injuries, as well as concussions. The younger of the medics was hospitalized; his colleague will be treated on an outpatient basis.
In addition, a 45-year-old resident of Kherson was wounded in the attack. The man has blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to his neck and legs.
Earlier it was reported that over the past day Russian forces shelled 42 settlements in the Kherson region, as a result of which 1 person was killed and another 21 were injured, including 1 child.
