At approximately 06:40, Russians attacked a civilian vehicle with a drone in the central part of Kherson.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
As a result of the strike, a 67-year-old man who was behind the wheel sustained shrapnel wounds to the face, a concussion, a blast-related and a closed traumatic brain injury.
An ambulance crew brought the injured man to the hospital in serious condition. Medics are currently fighting for his life, the OVA said.
