Around 4:00, Russian forces attacked the administrative building in the Zelenivka starostate with a Molniya-type drone.
This was written by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko, on his Telegram channel.
The blast wave and debris damaged the windows, entrance doors, façade and roof of the building.
Property inside the premises was also damaged.
No one was injured as a result of the attack, the post says.
