The court satisfied the lawsuit of the Oleshky District Prosecutor’s Office and ordered the Muzykivska village council to return 82.5 hectares of land.
This is stated in the court decision.
Thus, the court terminated the lease agreement that in 2015 the Bilozerka District State Administration concluded with the wife of Kherson Regional Council deputy Serhii Sorokunskyi, who is suspected of assisting the aggressor state, Svitlana Sorokunska.
According to the decision, Svitlana Sorokunska must return to the Muzykivska community 28 agricultural land plots with a total area of 82.5544 hectares.
In addition to returning the property, Sorokunska was ordered to pay over 6 thousand hryvnias in court fees to the regional prosecutor’s office.
It should be noted that the Sorokunskiy family are co-owners of the company “Sapphire-Agro”, which is engaged in growing cereal crops, leguminous crops and oilseed seeds, cultivates vegetables, raises livestock, engages in wholesale trade of agricultural products and carries out freight transportation.
Since 2023 the company has belonged to Inna Sorokunska and Serhii Sorokunskiy Jr. Svitlana Sorokunska serves as director and accountant.
