The Russian Federation has officially extended until January 1, 2028 the validity of simplified rules for recruitment into the internal affairs bodies in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
Russia’s Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev said this.
According to him, in the captured settlements temporary police departments are being deployed instead of permanent units, and the simplified procedure itself entails lowering the requirements for candidates to speed up staffing of personnel in the TOT.
Earlier we wrote that in the Kherson region the personnel shortfall among rescuers exceeds 50%.
Earlier the occupiers approved the so-called “program for the development of personnel potential” on the left bank of the Kherson region, planned until 2030. The biggest “staff shortage” is observed in agriculture, construction, healthcare and education.
