Russia promised to allocate 14.4 million rubles to the temporarily occupied Kakhovskyi district for “cultural development”.
This was reported by the illegitimate head of the so‑called Kakhovskyi municipal district, Pavlo Filipchuk.
According to him, 30 rural clubs and libraries will allegedly receive new equipment for this amount. With this money they will purchase “microphones, professional sound systems, computers, televisions, color printers, etc.”.
Meanwhile, the standard of living of residents of the occupied Kakhovskyi district remains low – without stable access to mobile connection and the internet, electricity, or quality medical services.
Earlier we wrote that the occupation authorities of Kakhovshchyna announced a shortage of personnel in the illegal state institutions of the district.
