Russia promised to allocate nearly 4.5 billion rubles for “support for small and medium-sized businesses” in Ukraine’s temporarily occupied territories (TOT) in 2026–2028. The funds are allegedly intended for the implementation of federal programs to support entrepreneurship.
This was reported by pro-Russian media.
According to Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Tatyana Ilyushnikova, in the four regions (occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts, – MOST) there are allegedly over 120 thousand small and medium-sized businesses, and to support businesses in 2023–2025 “almost 5.6 billion rubles were allocated”.
Earlier we wrote that the occupation authorities of the Kherson region set aside billions for the relocation of 59 people.
