An armored official vehicle of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office will be repaired for UAH 620,000. This will be handled by the owner of “Pivnoy Dvoryk” and the former head of the municipal enterprise (MKP) “Khersonelektrotrans”.
As stated on the Prozorro portal, on November 4 the regional prosecutor’s office signed a contract to repair the official Toyota Land Cruiser 200, which was damaged as a result of the Russian Federation’s armed aggression.
The contract was signed with Kherson entrepreneur Andriy Shvets. He received this contract without competition.

Note that the scope of restoration work is quite significant. Among them: welding work and painting of the vehicle. The list of works includes removal and installation of bumpers, doors, as well as removal/dismantling of damaged armored glass, etc.
It is known that the regional prosecutor’s office owns two Toyota Land Cruiser 200 vehicles – 2014 and 2012 models. Prosecutors received them in 2023 and 2024.
According to the YouControl business analytics system, individual entrepreneur (FOP) Shvets Andriy Oleksandrovych has been engaged in vehicle repair not for long — since February this year, but has already received contracts worth UAH 2.4 million. His services were ordered by the executive committee of the Kherson City Council, the Department for Implementation of Humanitarian Policy of the Kherson Regional State Administration (HODA), the municipal enterprise (KP) “Municipal Guard” of the Kherson City Council and others.
Before repairing cars, Andriy Shvets sold beer and had a registered individual entrepreneur (FOP) with the KVED “Retail sale from stalls and markets”, which in February this year was changed to “Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles”.
In addition, Shvets is a co-owner of the Kherson LLC “Pivnoy Dvoryk” and LLC “Pivnoy Dvoryk 2020”. Previously he was also a co-owner of LLC “Pivo I KO”, and since 2018 he has been managing LLC “Elit Kauchuk”.
Note that “Pivnoy Dvoryk” is a fairly well-known chain of shops in Kherson that sells beer and snacks.

In addition to the beer business and car repair, Shvets also managed one of Kherson’s communal enterprises. In particular, after the de-occupation of Kherson, Andriy Shvets became acting director of the municipal enterprise (MKP) “Khersonelektrotrans”, which is currently in the process of liquidation.
