The Department of Capital Construction of the Kherson City Council has commissioned the development of design documentation to equip a shelter at General Education School No. 50.
As indicated on Prozorro, the project will be developed by ТОВ “Arkhbud Studio” from the Lviv region.
According to the analytical system YouControl, the company has been operating since 2021 and is engaged in the development of construction projects and construction supervision.
The Department of Capital Construction of the Kherson City Council has already ordered services from this company; in particular, in 2024 it commissioned author supervision for the construction of a shelter for School No. 55. This is one of the so-called Kherson “underground schools”, regarding violations during whose construction law enforcement agencies are conducting an investigation.
This year the company is to develop a project for the capital repair of part of the educational institution’s basement premises to create a shelter there.
The design services cost UAH 250,000. The works will be financed from the budget of the Kherson community.
The designers must complete the preparation of all necessary documentation by June 30, 2026.
