The Kherson region police are investigating a war crime by Russian military personnel who on February 25, 2022, shot dead a 54-year-old local resident in Nova Kakhovka.
This was reported by the Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson region.
That evening, Russian Armed Forces servicemen, while near a furniture factory in the city, under unknown circumstances, shot a local resident with firearms.
