Kherson MVA established individual exemptions from payment of land tax for five owners/users of land plots that were declared unusable due to the risk of contamination by explosive items.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
As stated in the document, the decision was made based on applications from the land users and the findings of a commission that recorded a potential threat to the territories. The exemption amounts to 100% of the land tax or rental fee for 2023.
In the list – LLC “Postachtekhkomplekt” – whose founders include the private enterprise “Vektor”, Volodymyr Yeremeyevskyi and Volodymyr Tartynskyi. In 2021 a criminal case was opened against the company over forged documents.
Next on the list – individual Nadiya Illivna Holub.
Then – LLC “Duna, LTD”. According to information from the Ukrainian open government data service Opendatabot, the company was established back in 1994. It was founded by four people, among whom is a Russian – Volodymyr Vasylovych Berezka.
Next, the exemption was granted again to an individual entrepreneur – Tetyana Oleksandrivna Nikitenko.
Closing the list is LLC “Fruit and Vegetable Cannery “Kherson””. This company operated for more than 20 years, since October 31, 2005. It has five founders, among whom is Anzhelika Oleksandrivna Petrovska – the wife of Oleksandr Petrovskiy, a Ukrainian entrepreneur and president of the charity fund “Solidarity”. However, he is better known by the nickname “Narik”.
Media reports indicate that on September 16, 2022, German law enforcement carried out a search of his Berlin residence. It was noted that they “visited” him as part of an investigation into a criminal case on charges of money laundering.

LLC “Fruit and Vegetable Cannery “Kherson”” is the owner of the trademark “Bon Kherson!”. The company’s cannery is located in Zelenivka and is known for its juices and vegetable preserves.
