The head of the Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after Luchansky has changed. Instead of Andriy Fedotov, the medical institution will be temporarily led by Viktor Kolisnyk.
The corresponding changes are reflected in the analytical system YouControl.
Viktor Kolisnyk has been acting as the hospital’s general director since October 24.
Before the full-scale invasion he worked as head of the department of functional diagnostics and ultrasound diagnostics at the same hospital, and later held the position of deputy medical director for primary medical and specialized outpatient care.
According to open sources, Kolisnyk is also a co-founder of the Kherson LLC “Likar”, which provides general medical practice services.
Recall that the former director of the Luchansky hospital, Andriy Fedotov, had led the medical facility since April 2024. On the day of his appointment to this position, he was presented to the hospital staff by the former head of the Kherson MVA, Roman Mrochko.
In March this year it became known that Fedotov was involved in the case of the former adviser to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration (HOVA), Vadym Hlushko, who was suspected of forging VLK conclusions.
At that time the investigation alleged that Hlushko turned to Fedotov asking him to carry out his treatment. After Hlushko’s medical examination, false data about hospitalization and being on inpatient treatment were entered into his medical record, although in fact after the examination he left the hospital.
At the beginning of October Hlushko signed with the investigation an agreement to plead guilty, admitted his guilt and undertook to transfer 250,000 UAH to the “Army of Drones” project to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and two weeks later Andriy Fedotov suddenly left the position of the hospital’s general director.
