In February, the leadership of the Kherson Regional Military Administration earned a total of 1,589,699 hryvnias.
These data were provided by the Kherson OVA in response to a request from MOST.

Head of the Kherson OVA Oleksandr Prokudin earned 328,221 UAH. Of these, 196,740 UAH — base salary; 99,570 UAH — length-of-service allowance; 29,511 UAH — additional pay for access to state secrets.
His first deputy Dmytro Butriy received 286,594 UAH last month. Of these, 182,544 UAH — base salary; 76,668 UAH — length-of-service pay and 27,381 UAH — for access to state secrets.
Deputy Volodymyr Klyutsevskyi was paid 275,267 UAH, and Olha Malyarchuk – 188,936 UAH (salary, allowance).
Anton Samoylenko received 160,536 UAH, of which the base salary is 146,642 UAH, the rest — allowances. Yevhenii Ihnatenko received a salary of 169,238 UAH, a length-of-service allowance of 42,592 UAH, as well as additional pay for a special rank of 1,130 UAH.
The smallest salary was received by Oleksandr Tolonnikov. His base salary is 125,858 UAH; in addition he received another 11,327 UAH for length of service. The total payment for February is 137,185 UAH.
High payments are related, in particular, to increases in official salaries. For Kherson officials, the increase in salaries coincided with a triple coefficient established by a Cabinet of Ministers resolution. This led to a tripling of salaries for a large portion of the officials.
According to MOST’s interlocutors at the Kherson OVA, this issue will be resolved next month and officials’ salaries will decrease.
