An entrepreneur from Kakhovka district headed a real estate agency in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region.

LLC “Volga” (OOO “Volga”, – rus) was registered in the village of Rozdolne in Kakhovka district. The company’s primary activity is indicated as “Activities of real estate agencies for a fee or on a contractual basis”.
The head and one of the co-owners of the agency became the local entrepreneur Oleksandr Shydlovskyi. Before the full-scale invasion he was registered as an individual entrepreneur (FOP) and engaged in retail trade.
In 2023 Shydlovskyi decided to become an occupation-appointed deputy and ran in the illegal elections to the city council of the so-called Novokakhovka municipal district from the Russian party “A Just Russia”, and at the end of December last year he decided to create a real estate agency.
