People’s Deputy from Kherson region Pavlo Pavlish does not know why the High Anti-Corruption Court recommended that Yulia Tymoshenko refrain from communicating with him.
He said this in a comment to MOST.
“I have the same question too”, – the MP replied to a question about the possible reason for such a recommendation by the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC).
Recall that on January 14 NABU and SAP announced suspicions against the leader of the Batkivshchyna party, Yulia Tymoshenko, under Part 4 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
She is suspected of initiating negotiations with certain parliamentarians regarding “a systemic mechanism for providing improper benefits in exchange for loyal behavior during votes”.
According to Radio Liberty, on January 16 the High Anti-Corruption Court chose a preventive measure for Tymoshenko in the form of bail in the amount of 33.2 million UAH and imposed a number of procedural obligations on her.
Later it became known that the HACC recommended Tymoshenko refrain from communicating with 65 people’s deputies, among whom were two MPs from Kherson region – Viktoriya Vagner and Pavlo Pavlish.
