The occupation-appointed deputy director of the “Pallada” plant, Oleg Balabantsev, headed the production of baby food in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region.
Information about this is posted in Russian registries.
Balabantsev became the general director of the illegally created LLC “Dary Tavridy” (OOO “Dary Tavridy”, – Rus.)
The enterprise was registered on December 25 in the city of Henichesk. Its main activity is listed as “production of baby food and dietary products”.
The owner of the enterprise is listed as Russian citizen Anzhella Abramova.
In addition to LLC “Dary Tavridy” Balabantsev and Abramova created three more companies in December last year – LLC “Grintim” (wholesale trade of fruits and vegetables), LLC “Nibulon” (trade in grain, unprocessed tobacco, seeds and kompamy), as well as LLC “Novorossiya” (trade in grain, unprocessed tobacco, seeds and kompamy).
According to Ukrainian law enforcement, in 2022 Oleg Balabantsev became the deputy to the illegal director of the “Pallada” plant in Kherson. He and two other associates participated in the work of the so-called inventory commission of the plant. In the fall of 2022 they helped transport two stolen GAZ vehicles to the “Prybii” boarding house in the Henichesk district.
In August last year Oleg Balabantsev and his brother Serhiy, who was the pseudo-director, were suspected of aiding the aggressor country.
