In the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region, a Russian-controlled court fined a commercial company for failing to comply with the demands of the so-called prosecutor’s office.
This was reported by Kremlin-controlled media.
The report concerns an enterprise that supplies medical devices and office equipment to hospitals on the left bank of the region.
According to the occupation prosecutor’s office, the company violated the deadlines for fulfilling contracts to supply equipment.
The occupation agency stated that a submission demanding the elimination of the violations was sent to the company’s management, but within a month there was no response to it and no report on measures taken.
After that, an administrative case was opened against the enterprise under the article on failure to comply with a prosecutor’s lawful demands. The Russian-controlled court imposed a fine of 50 thousand rubles on the legal entity.
At the same time, occupation authorities claim that the contracts to supply medical devices and office equipment to medical institutions have now been fully fulfilled.
Recall that as early as 2023 it became known that Russian occupiers removed all equipment from the Central Hospital of the city of Skadovsk.
Note that, according to the illegally created Mandatory Medical Insurance Fund of Kherson region, medical services are satisfactory to only 34% of the population of temporarily occupied Kherson region.
The state of medicine on the left bank of Kherson region remains critical – there is a shortage of specialists. According to occupation media, to compensate for the lack of medical staff, doctors from Mordovia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Krasnodar Krai, Moscow and other Russian regions periodically come to hospitals on the left bank of Kherson region.
In September 2025 it became known that the Russian Federation did not allocate funds for the treatment of cancer patients in the TOT of Kherson region.
