In occupied Kherson region, the head of the illegal institution «Blahoustriy of the Holoprystan Municipal District» Leonid Plaskalnyi illegally appropriated a private house in the village of Bekhtery. The official seized a local resident’s dwelling, turning it into his own farm.
This is reported by pseudo-opposition media.
It is noted that the process of arranging the new farm was accompanied by the use of administrative resources.
“During working hours, official vehicles with subordinates were driven to the house, who, instead of performing their direct duties, prepared the area for the director’s move-in. The costs of fuel and payment for the work of these workers were covered by the occupation budget”, – reads the post.
The activities of the municipal structure under Plaskalnyi’s leadership are accompanied by numerous financial manipulations and corruption schemes. This concerns the fictitious employment of individuals whose salaries are appropriated by the management, as well as systematic fuel write-offs for the cleaning of Hola Prystan, which are actually not carried out. In addition, the official is accused of concealing the death of a subordinate who was carrying out his personal assignment in a dangerous zone.
Before the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation, Plaskalnyi headed the municipal enterprise “Gopri-Dobrobut” in Hola Prystan.
