The occupiers illegally created in Hola Prystan on the left bank of the Kherson region a non-profit organization “Fund for Assistance to the Socio-Economic Development of the Holoprystan Municipal District”. It is headed by Ihor Hromov from Kherson.
This was revealed in Russian registers.
Besides this fund, Hromov temporarily heads the illegal municipal budgetary institution “Holoprystan Fairs”.
It is known about Ihor Hromov that in 2015 he ran for the Dnipro District Council in Kherson, the Kherson City Council, and the Kherson Regional Council representing the Union of Left Forces party.
Earlier, in 2010, he attempted to be elected to the Kherson City Council for the Communist Party.
Note, the Holoprystan community – one of those on the left bank of the region where the situation as of May 2026 remains consistently difficult. There, local residents have effectively been left without access to basic services and goods. Russian occupiers are blocking residents’ departure and obstructing the supply of food, medicines and humanitarian aid.
