In the Skadovsk district the occupiers promise to create the so-called “unified dispatch service”, which is supposedly to coordinate the work of utility and emergency services.
The head of the district’s occupation administration, Oleksandr Dudka, announced plans to launch the new system.
Such a service aims to “increase the speed of response to residents’ problems” of the occupied district. Currently the occupiers are discussing details of technical equipment, the functionality of the future system and the timelines for its installation.
Note that for several weeks in a row in the Skadovsk district there is no electricity and water – scheduled power outage timetables do not apply there.
Earlier we wrote that residents of temporarily occupied communities on the left bank of Kherson region are massively complaining about frequent and prolonged power outages, as well as the lack of information about the causes of accidents and the timelines for power restoration.
Last year the occupation governor of Kherson region Volodymyr Saldo promised to ensure “stable electricity supply” on the left bank of the region. According to him, the occupiers plan to replace worn power cables to “ensure reliable electricity delivery”, however mass power outages continue.
