The Russia-controlled administration of the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region continues to involve local residents in using the Russian messenger Max.
The occupation head of the region, Volodymyr Saldo, announced the launch in the app of the mini-service «Portal HO», which unites links to the information resources of the occupation authorities.
According to Saldo, through «Portal HO» users can go to his Telegram channel, the pages of the occupation administration, Russia-controlled «ministries», «agencies» and district administrations, and also use a number of services and chatbots.
In addition, the mini-app offers access to the appointment service for occupation multifunctional centers (MFC), the channel “Alert HO”, news of the occupation-controlled TV channel «Tavriya» and other Russian information resources.
Saldo separately emphasized that the service works specifically in the Max messenger and does not require a separate installation. According to him, the catalog of services is planned to be expanded.
Russian authorities have in recent months been actively promoting the Max messenger as an alternative to other platforms. On the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine it is gradually being integrated with various digital services of the occupation administrations, encouraging residents to use this particular app.
Recall that the SBU has informed 42-year-old Serhiy Tsyplakov of suspicion, who, according to the investigation, held the position of the so-called deputy minister of labor and social protection of the Kherson region in the Russian occupation administration.
