The occupying prosecutor’s office of Kherson Oblast has sent to court a case regarding a resident of the village Vesele of the Velykolepetyskyi district (occupation name, – MOST), who is accused of urging people to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This is reported by pro-Russian media.
According to their information, in 2023-2024 a 40-year-old local resident of the captured village allegedly published posts on her social networks about raising funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The occupiers consider that such actions fall under the article on extremism. For this she could be imprisoned for 6 years.
Earlier it was reported that in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast they sentenced a 30-year-old Yuliya Stanika for allegedly financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Also the occupying court of Kherson illegally imprisoned Olena Penza. She was also accused of “state treason” for allegedly supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
