The occupiers claim that last year more than 2,500 people found employment on the left bank of Kherson region.
According to the occupation administration’s report on the implementation of the «Personnel» project for 2025, employment figures allegedly exceeded the planned targets.
More than 600 employers allegedly submitted applications to participate in the hiring subsidy program, and about 1,100 residents “found work thanks to compensation of part of the wage costs from the Russian Federation budget”.
Priority employment support was given to participants of the so-called «SMO» and their families, people with disabilities, single parents, and former prisoners.
At the same time, the occupation authorities do not mention the significant shortage of personnel in the medical, educational and communal sectors, caused by the mass departure of specialists and forced passportization.
Earlier we wrote that the occupation administration of Kherson region acknowledged the critical situation in the education sector – over the past year only two teachers from the Russian Federation came to the left bank under the “Zemsky Teacher” program.
