The occupiers adopted the budget of the so-called Nova Kakhovka municipal district for 2026 and the planned period 2027–2028.
The corresponding decision was made by the occupation council of deputies of the so-called Nova Kakhovka municipal district.
According to the document, in 2026 the total volume of local budget revenues will be over 560,1 million rubles. Of this amount only about 28,4 million rubles are tax revenues, while over 531,8 million rubles are grants from the RF budget. The main part of the subsidies is planned to be directed to “equalization of budgetary provision”, as well as to subsidies for road repairs and subventions for the work of commissions on juvenile affairs and guardianship authorities.
Budget expenditures for 2026 are approved at the same level — 560,1 million rubles. The reserve fund of the occupation administration is not provided for.
For 2027 the occupation authorities planned a reduction of revenues to 468,2 million rubles, of which almost 30 million rubles are to be tax revenues, and the rest are subsidies and subventions from the RF budget. Expenditures are set at 377,2 million rubles, and the reserve fund is also not provided.
Recall, in 2026 the revenues of the budget of the TOT of Kherson region are planned at the level of 40,1 billion rubles, expenditures — 41,5 billion rubles, the deficit will amount to over 1,4 billion rubles.
