The occupying Henichesk District Court of Kherson Oblast convicted a 56-year-old local resident of alleged extremist activity.
This was reported on the page of the occupying prosecutor’s office of Kherson Oblast.
According to the occupiers, the man allegedly posted texts on social networks from April to May 2024 that called for violent actions against a certain group of people based on nationality.
The illegal court found the man guilty and sentenced him to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment to be served in a settlement colony.
It was previously reported that the occupying prosecutor’s office of Kherson Oblast reported the referral to an illegally created court of a criminal case against a 59-year-old resident of the Novotroitska community located in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson Oblast.
