The occupying authorities stated that the fuel market situation in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region remains tense but allegedly under control.
This is reported by occupation media.
It is noted that the market supposedly continues to operate under existing restrictions. Fuel supplies to the retail segment remain limited.
In addition, the occupiers claim that new fuel deliveries are allegedly expected in the coming days, but they do not give exact timings.
“Some gas stations sell fuel mainly under contracts, fuel cards and coupons; in some cases temporary restrictions for the population are being introduced due to stock levels. Prices depend on the supplier and logistics,” – write pro-Russian media.
Note that in April 2026 the occupiers stated that on the left bank of Kherson region the fuel supply situation was allegedly stable.
Also recall that last year significant problems with fuel supplies were observed on the left bank, which the occupying authorities tried to conceal.
However, at the beginning of August last year Russian media began reporting on intensified attacks by Ukrainian drones on oil refineries. Since the beginning of July last year strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces led to the shutdown of at least four large enterprises and deprived the Russian economy of one-seventh of its oil refining capacity.
The occupying authorities also announced plans to build six gas stations in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region.
