On the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, allegedly more than 26.5 thousand children and young people are receiving an education in educational institutions.
This is reported by pro-Russian Telegram channels, citing data from the occupation administration.
According to their claims, more than 3.5 thousand children attend kindergartens, more than 20 thousand study in schools, and about 3 thousand students — in secondary vocational education institutions.
It was previously reported that during 2025 more than 9 thousand schoolchildren from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson were transported by Russians to four cities in the Russian Federation as part of the so-called program “Cultural Map 4+85”.
