The Unified Institute of Spatial Planning of the Russian Federation presented to the occupation government of Kherson Oblast the so-called general development plan for the Chaplynka district (administrative unit of the occupiers — MOST).
Pro-Russian media report this.
According to representatives of the institute, the occupiers’ plan foresees the restoration and launch of food industry enterprises, the creation of a so-called industrial park near the village of Nadezhdivka, as well as the construction of an asphalt concrete plant in Chaplynka.
The occupation authorities also announce plans to develop the agricultural sector, in particular the construction of greenhouse complexes, livestock enterprises, as well as grain and vegetable storage facilities.
In terms of transport infrastructure, Russian agencies said they intend to build new roads and reconstruct existing ones, in particular the Chaplynka – Novotroitske – Rykove route. Restoration of a bridge and construction of a road overpass have also been announced.
