The illegal “Kherson Directorate of Rostekhnadzor” announced its readiness to put cranes into operation for the construction of a residential complex in temporarily occupied Skadovsk.
This was reported in pro-Russian media.
According to the occupiers, they tested the operability and suitability for use of two tower cranes and one jib crane installed for the construction of the residential complex.
Recall, they announced in the summer of this year the intention to build a neighborhood covering 12,500 square meters of housing in Skadovsk.
Similar statements about the construction of “new” microdistricts and “cities” on the left bank of the Kherson region have been made since the beginning of the occupation; however, none of the initiatives have been implemented yet.
Most likely, with such pseudo-construction projects and similar capital repairs the occupiers “launder” funds.
