The illegal prosecutor’s office on the left bank of Kherson region has referred a criminal case to “court” regarding a 50-year-old resident of the Henichesk district. She is accused of public calls to activities that the Russian side interprets as directed against the security of the Russian Federation.

According to the Russian investigation, in April, June and November 2024, as well as in December 2025, the woman posted on one of the social networks publications calling for collecting funds for Ukrainian military.
The case was classified under para. «v» part 2 art. 280.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – public calls for activities aimed against the security of Russia, using the Internet. Under this article she could face from 3 to 6 years imprisonment or a fine of up to 1 million rubles
Earlier the occupiers sentenced a resident of Chaplynka district to 16 years in a penal colony for “treason”.
