The occupying authorities of Skadovsk claim that the city’s population “increased by a quarter” over the year.
This was reported to propaganda outlets by the head of the so-called Skadovsk municipal district, Oleksandr Dudka.
There are supposedly 17 thousand residents there now.
However, according to the legitimate authorities of Skadovsk, as of September 2025 there remained about 5 thousand residents – less than 30 percent of what there was before February 2022.
