The occupiers reported “active investment” by Russian citizens in real estate on the left bank of the Kherson region.
This is stated on the website of the region’s occupation administration.
In new buildings, in particular in the residential complex “Bili Pisky” in Skadovsk, they allegedly record a “growing demand”, and some buyers supposedly purchase several apartments at once.
Occupation media claim that the most popular are apartments of the “economy”, “comfort” and “comfort-plus” classes. As the main buyers they name Russian citizens, in particular participants in the war against Ukraine and people who “move because of the climate”.
Note that recently the occupation authorities of the left bank of the Kherson region have repeatedly announced plans to build new facilities. In particular, they recently planned to build a residential complex in Henichesk. For this, the Russians create companies to which the occupation authorities then transfer huge land plots. About one of them we wrote about it here.
