In the morning, Russian forces attacked the village of Kachkarivka. A local resident was killed as a result of a drone drop.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
A man born in 1967, who was on the street during the attack, sustained fatal injuries.
Law enforcement officers have launched an investigation into the man’s death (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
It was previously reported that in recent months the Russian army has stepped up shelling of settlements on the right bank of the Kherson region, using MLRS and cluster munitions.
