The occupiers plan to harvest and remove from the left bank of the Kherson region approximately 1.5 million tons of grain.
This was reported by the so-called governor of the region, Volodymyr Saldo.
So far the occupiers have already harvested about 600 thousand tons of grain.
Saldo acknowledged that the main problems for farmers in occupied Kherson are a fuel shortage and difficulties with removing the harvest.
Earlier we wrote that in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region farmers report problems with removing grain. Due to disruptions in logistics local grain storage facilities are overflowing, and part of the harvest has to be stored outdoors.
Earlier it was reported that agricultural producers on the left bank of the region complain about a lack of fuel during the start of the harvest.
