The occupying authorities of Kherson region announced their intention to create industrial parks along the highway leading to temporarily occupied Crimea.
This was reported by the occupation-appointed governor of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo.
According to him, 280 hectares of land were allocated for the project’s implementation. Logistics centers are planned to be located in these areas.
However, recall that at the end of May the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a series of strikes on the equipment of the occupying forces in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region. In particular, the land corridor to Crimea came under attack.
In connection with this, occupation-appointed governor Volodymyr Saldo signed a decree on the temporary restriction of freight traffic on the R-280 “Novorossiya” highway.
Later the occupation administration on the left bank of Kherson region announced plans to organize additional transport routes toward Crimea.
