The occupiers published the salary amounts of the illegal heads of the so-called districts, officials and deputies in the left-bank part of Kherson region. The amounts directly depend on the population size in the areas they “govern”.
The relevant document was published on the website of the occupation government of the Kherson region.
The highest salaries are set for “Group I” — the so-called districts with a population of over 35 thousand people. This concerns the Henichesk and Skadovsk “districts”. It is stated that the salary of their “heads” is 40 608 rubles per month.
Salaries of the heads of the occupation councils of deputies here are set at the level of 35 thousand rubles, and their deputies — 34 thousand.
In the so-called districts with a smaller population the amounts gradually decrease. For example, in “Group II” (this includes the so-called Kakhovskyi, Oleshkivskyi, Holoprystanskyi and Novotroitskyi districts) with a population from 25 to 35 thousand people “heads” are set salaries in the amount of 40 thousand 500 rubles.
The heads of the occupation councils of deputies in this group have salaries of 34 500 rubles each. For first deputies and deputies the amount is 35 250 rubles and 33 857 rubles.
In the smallest “districts” with a population up to 7 thousand people occupation leaders have a salary of 38 500 rubles, and the heads of the “councils of deputies” — 32 500 rubles.
Salaries for positions of the so-called municipal service also vary depending on the category of “district”. For “heads of administrations” a salary is provided at the level of 29 thousand rubles, for “heads of departments” – from 19 to 24 thousand rubles, and “specialists” — from 14 to 19 thousand rubles.
In addition to specific salaries, the resolution approved annual standards of expenditures for wages. For the largest group of “municipalities” the amount is over 216 thousand rubles, for the second by population – 319 thousand rubles, for the rest – from 49 to 165 thousand rubles depending on the category.
In the rear Henichesk or Skadovsk “districts” the staff limit is 200 people, in the frontline districts it is allowed to keep up to 332 employees. Overall, all occupation administrations in the region plan to employ over 1000 people.
The resolution also established expenditure standards for the maintenance of the bodies of the so-called local self-government — in total across the region over 1 million 280 thousand rubles.
At the same time, note that in the TOT of Kherson region there are constant problems with the payment of salaries to employees of illegal institutions at various levels. Thus, last year it became known that the occupation authorities owed about 160 mln rubles in salaries to employees of these institutions.
Payment problems are observed not only for employees of occupation bodies, but also for private enterprises controlled by the occupiers. In particular, earlier we wrote that the traitor-deputy Vitaliy Bulyuk owed the employees of his company, which illegally operates in the temporarily occupied left bank of Kherson region, about 2.3 mln rubles in wages.
