The occupiers are not cleaning the beach in Henichesk Hirka on the left bank of the region.
This is evidenced by photographs published by pro-Russian media.

They show piles of garbage and neglected access paths to the sea.

Earlier the illegal authorities claimed that this year the left bank was allegedly visited by about 100 thousand tourists, but 90 percent of them are relatives and acquaintances of Russian servicemen who are fighting in the temporarily occupied territories.
And in September 2025 the occupiers announced “beach improvement” on the Kherson region for 340 million rubles. 344 hectares across 18 sites are said to receive “modern infrastructure”, and they plan to spend over 340 million rubles on tourism development by 2027.
