Propaganda resources and occupation structures still could not agree on a single version regarding the recent strike on members of the illegal police in the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson region.
We reached this conclusion by analyzing reports in sources controlled by the Russian Federation.
Although all sources confirm the killing of five and the wounding of six more people, the details of the incident differ significantly, casting doubt on the veracity of the published information.
Pro-Kremlin media were the first to report the incident. According to their version, the strike was carried out against employees of the so-called Ministry of Internal Affairs “Holoprystansky” department directly while they were performing their official duties.
However, a few hours later the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation published completely different information. Attempting to shift the emphasis away from the police, the Russians reported an attack on “a mass gathering of civilians” and the wounding of a minor, although a few hours earlier it had been claimed that all the injured law enforcement officers had been hospitalized.
