The occupying authorities plan to introduce in Russian state institutions in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region the so-called corporate demographic standard.
This was reported by the occupation governor of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo.
According to him, every institution controlled by the occupiers must develop its own list of support measures for employees who have children or are planning to have them. So far, such documents have reportedly already been approved by ten institutions.
In particular, employees are promised payments of 50,000 rubles after the birth of the first child, 75,000 rubles for the second, and 100,000 rubles for the third and subsequent children.
The occupying authorities also announce payments upon marriage registration, additional paid leave, and the possibility of remote work for pregnant women and parents of two or more children.
In addition, after the end of parental leave, employees are promised help with returning to work and training.
This so-called demographic standard is being implemented by the Russians as part of the Russian national project “Family”. Going forward, the occupation administration plans to extend similar practices to private enterprises in the TOT of Kherson region.
Earlier MOST reported that the Russian Federation announced the completion of the so-called “integration” of the occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular the left-bank part of Kherson region, into Russian legislation.
