“United Russia” launched on the left bank of the Kherson region a project to train so-called “digital volunteers”, who will advise older people regarding the operation of the MAX messenger in particular.
This is reported by pro-Russian media.
“Volunteers will be trained to advise older generations on working with Russian online services, in particular the portal «Gosuslugi», the messenger «MAX» and the platform «I’m in Russia”, – reads the post.
Such volunteers are allegedly also supposed to travel to low-mobility pensioners “to provide assistance in filling out documents, obtaining certificates and paying state fees through electronic services”.
Recall, a few days ago the Russian authorities began partially restricting the Telegram messenger, which has already led to disruptions in its operation.
Note that in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Viber, Facebook and Instagram remain blocked, with the blocking of WhatsApp uncertain. Also, residents of the TOT do not have access to Google services, including YouTube.
